Students from our CTI Skills USA and Advisors (ABOVE) traveled to upstate NY to compete in the annual State finals for Skills USA. The Team came back with an impressive showing of five (5) first place trophies and one (1) second place trophy. Here are some photographs taken by Mr. Moreno, Skills USA Advisor at CTI.

CTI Culinary Students Visit the ART INSTITUTE (AI) of New York City
This past week, the culinary students from Chef Sala and Chef Tierney’s classes, got on a bus and made a field trip to New York City. The Art Institute of New York City specializes in Culinary Arts, Video Production, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Restaurant Management, Interactive Media Design, Graphic Design and Pastry Arts. The institute hosted our students and were allowed to experience the diversity of seeing how they operate their institution of learning.
