CTI Culinary Students Visit the ART INSTITUTE (AI) of New York City

This past week, the culinary students from Chef Sala and Chef Tierney’s classes, got on a bus and made a field trip to New York City.  The Art Institute of New York City specializes in Culinary Arts, Video Production, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Restaurant Management, Interactive Media Design, Graphic Design and Pastry Arts.  The institute hosted our students and were allowed to experience the diversity of seeing how they operate their institution of learning.
